Scope

These standards apply globally to all users of Within Social applications, services, and content, including our iOS and Android apps.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit and act swiftly against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including: grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to endanger, exploit, or abuse children.

Prohibited Content

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form—including photos, videos, or digital imagery.
  • Any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children, including grooming, sextortion, or trafficking.
  • Attempts to use our app or services to facilitate contact with minors for illegal or exploitative purposes.

Reporting and Moderation

  • Users may report CSAE or suspicious activity using in-app tools or by emailing policy@withinsocial.com.
  • All reports are reviewed by our trained Trust & Safety team. We act expediently in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
  • Where required, we will notify relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement to investigate and address abuse.

Prevention and Education

  • Our app prohibits users under 18.
  • We educate our community on recognizing and avoiding suspicious behavior. Resources or links may be provided in-app as needed.
  • We periodically audit content and features to reduce risk and improve child safety.
